The South Queensway and North Queensway sites are close to Hastings' Innovation Centre - serviced offices and workshops that are home to over 50 small and medium-sized technology and service firms.
The area has a large community of technology and manufacturing businesses including Solar UK, Bioenergy Technology Ltd, Deutsch, General Dynamics, Marshall Tufflex and Plastipack.
There are a farm shop, convenience store and large supermarket nearby.
The first two Park sites are just four miles from Hastings' town centre and seafront, with two rail stations within three miles.
The A21 connects the area to London and the M25. The A259 links to Brighton, Ashford, the Channel Tunnel, ferry ports and M20.
Frequent trains run from Charing Cross, Waterloo East, London Bridge and Victoria (from 81 mins). There's a commuter service to Cannon Street and a line along the south coast connecting to Brighton and Ashford.
Gatwick is on a direct rail line (from 88 mins) and 62 miles away by road.
The area is ideally situated for the cross-Channel ferries: Newhaven (31miles), Dover (52 miles).
Travel between Hastings and Paris, Brussels or Lille is by train via Ashford International, with frequent trains connecting Ashford to Hastings in 41 mins.
