The Enviro21 Innovation Parks represent an exciting new commercial concept in East Sussex.

They are a series of sustainable business parks that will host a community of environmental and technology companies with innovation in their blood. They are linked to forward-thinking universities, colleges and training providers and backed by an impressive range of networking and business support.

The first Enviro21 Innovation Park is under construction at South Queensway, where business units from 540m² to 1,023m² (5,784ft² to 11,009ft²) are available to let now, offering low carbon emissions.

This Park also includes The Exchange - an exhibition and meeting venue that will be a catalyst in bringing together the best brains in the industry.

The Enviro21 Innovation Parks are set within a beautiful coastal environment. They are part of the £400 million economic investment programme to transform the Hastings and Bexhill area into one of the south east's most dynamic business locations.
